Every single project we do is unique to our clients. We follow a clear and effective method of executing a project from start to finish so you and our team are always on the same page while we work together towards launching your web presence.
01. INITIAL CONSULTATION
We will have an initial consultation (by phone or email) to discuss your needs and time frame. You would want to share with us your company profile, site domain (old or new), social media handles, etc, so that we may get to know your company and what it does at a deeper level.
02. PROPOSAL & QUOTE
After you have chosen one of our web development packages and a web hosting plan, we will email you a formal quote and a proposal document through which you will gain an understanding about our technical approach, our methodology, features your website will have, project cost, project timeline and all that important stuffs.
03. AGREEMENT & DOWN PAYMENT
We will have to fix a meeting to discuss and sign an agreement. A 50% down payment is to be made before we start the work. The remaining 50% is to be paid after the site has been hosted with your domain (name of your website). Certain procedures like making the site mobile friendly, page speed optimizations, SEO settings and submitting sitemaps to Google SE can only be carried out after the site has been hosted with your domain.
04. DECIDING THE CONTENT & DESIGN
While we sign the agreement, we will also discuss the visual styles, layouts & core functionalities of your website. The content architecture, sitemaps, and style for the website shall be decided after we evaluate the content materials you would share with us, such as your company logo, write-ups, photos and videos.
05. DESIGN PROCESS & REVIEW
Once we have finished developing the Home page and few internal pages, we will give you a temporary URL (link) to access the site in development and review the progress. Your feedback would help us to refine and tailor the design to your absolute liking. You are also required to validate the content data and it's accuracy with regard to your field of business if we have given our input on some of the site content.
06. HOSTING & DOMAIN
After the required rounds of revisions based on your feedback and multiple testing, your site will be hosted with your domain. Mobile optimization and SEO will start in this phase and will be carried over into the maintenance period. Certain procedures require that the site remain hosted with the domain connected.
07. USAGE TRAINING
We will not leave your back after we have developed and hosted your site. We will make you acquainted with the important aspects of the CMS (Content Management System). You will use the CMS to edit or update your site content and do other useful stuffs like adding blog posts, viewing your contacts, reading chat messages, collecting form submissions, reviewing site analytics, etc. You would not have to rely on us or any other web agencies to maintain your website after we have given you a thorough usage training on how to do it on your own.
08. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE
If you don't have the time to learn how to update the website content on your own, you can enjoy our Free Support and Maintenance up to 1 Year. (Optional after 1 year. Maintenance T&C will apply) We will also help you on how to get your site out in the open so that your target audience start visiting your site. We guarantee 99.9% uptime, so your site is available online at all times. Our web hosting vendor cyclically performs periodic server updates that may cause temporary unavailability but nothing of that sort which would hamper your business. We will make sure that this website you have invested on, will continue to remain worthy of being called your brand's web presence.
